Welcome, you can call me Lilykat. Some things about me..I love my family, my cats, my dogs, my friends, books, movies, and Coca-Cola. People who know me feel like they never really know me. I'm very guarded but when you crack my shell, I will be your best friend. I love to laugh. I daydream way too much. I think that crying cleanses the soul. I like walking barefoot on the beach when it rains. I think we are all trying to be the best we can be and no human is perfect. I'm just trying to live my life and catch up on the time I lost due to my illness, mistakes and all. And did I mention that I have Lupus? Lupus: Systemic Lupus Erythematosus. Lupus is a chronic autoimmune disease that can damage any part of the body (skin, joints and/or organs inside the body). This is basically your body attacking itself. I'm trying not to let this disease keep me from living. Lupus has changed my life, but it did not end my life.
